Books have always been both haven and friend to me, no matter how my circumstances change. As friends, we spend time together and engage in conversation, but I feel like they too often flit through my life instead of making an impact. I am making the choice to be changed by every book I read from this point forward. To recognize the books I meet, I will write poems inspired by those books and post two weekly.
